Your draft implementation plan document should address the following questions clearly:

• What movement strategy initiative or goal are you addressing?

• What activities will you be doing to address that initiative?

• What do you expect will happen as a result of your activities? How do those outcomes address the movement strategy initiative?
• How will you measure or evaluate your activities? What tools or methods will you use to evaluate your activities?

To create a draft implementation plan, we recommend the use of a logic model, which will help you and your team think about goals, activities, outcomes, and other factors in an organized way. Please refer the following resources to develop a logic model:

Grant funds spent

• Facilitation: 100 USD
• Documentation : 200 USD

• Translation (translation costs for briefs and global materials): 700 USD

Important Movement charter communications will be translated into Telugu.

• Online tools or services (subscription services for online meeting platforms, social media promotion): 0 (Meeting will be held on Google meet)
• Data (internet or mobile costs for organizers or participants to access or participate in activities): 100 USD
• Venue or space for meeting (costs of renting a physical meeting space): 0
• Transportation costs (costs of supporting organizers or participants to attend the meeting): 100 USD Will take up in-person meetings with Community members who are willing to do so.
• Meals (costs related to refreshments, lunches, or other meals during in-person activities): 100 USD
• Other: 50 USD

TOTAL AMOUNT : 1350 USD (Received 1,10,976 INR)

I would like to take up more online sessions regarding awareness about the movement strategy and my areas of interest in movement strategy initiatives.

The funds remaining from this grant in the amount of 16,404.40 INR (or US$200 equivalent as of 29 June 2023) were deducted from another grant payment for Grants:Programs/Wikimedia_Community_Fund/Rapid_Fund/Kolami_Wikipedia_Community_Awareness_Drive_(ID:_22133511).
