If your Rapid Grant request has recently been approved for funding, here are the links to instructions for the next steps in processing your Rapid Grant.

You should have received instructions from your program officer. But in case you did not, ping grantsadminwikimedia.org. You may also click on the description that best describes your type of grant (individual, organization, group, or fiscal sponsorship) and whether you are a new or existing grantee to move forward with processing your grant.

New grantee

• Individual
• Organization - you are formally registered as a non-profit organization in your country
• Group - you are a non-incorporated group

Returning grantee

• Individual
• Organization
• Group
• No funds disbursement - new grant is fully funded by an older grant's underspend

Fiscal sponsorship

• New organization
• Returning fiscal sponsor or organizational grantee serving as fiscal sponsor
