Project proposal & budget │ Narration report │ Activities report │ Expenses report Wikimedia Cipta Jakarta Wikimedia Cipta Jakarta initiated with the initial goal to recruit, coach, monitors, and help evaluates volunteer capacity in designing a full cycle (360o) Wikimedia projects from planning, implementation, to evaluation. Since most of the training happened in Jakarta and the effort is the heart of Wikimedia Cipta umbrella funding infrastructure, this initiative is called Wikimedia Cipta Jakarta. As soon as the effort able to take off on its own after resources are identify, it will have its own independent name, plan, report and financial accountability. Description of actual activities In practice Wikimedia Indonesia divided these goal into three sub-project with separate activities and its own goal. Sub-project Description Link Coordination meeting Coordination meeting are meetings that occurs during the elaboration of potential project. This meeting often happened in informal basis. Not all meeting happened are successful, but as lesson learn WMID would like to have them in record. Several meetings that end up becoming a successful project actually a result of a lot of coordination meeting and unsuccessful meeting. Report Writing Classes Writing classess are classes held for public to identify public interest to contribute in Wikipedia and test Wikimedia Indonesia communication material in training them to contribute. This classes also serve as a venue to do volunteer capacity building (training for trainer) for participant of WMCJ - project Classes to see how the volunteer handle public demand and expectation close to a professional level. This classes are pure experiment and Wikimedia Indonesia hold no expectation of the outcome. Report Project Classes Project classes are the heart of Wikimedia Cipta Jakarta effort to recruit, coach, monitors, and help evaluates volunteer capacity in designing a full cycle (360o) Wikimedia projects from planning, implementation, to evaluation. Report Project goal To reverse the declining editor trend in Indonesian language Wikipedia and other languages Wikipedia in Indonesia. To come up with five project plans To have regular meetings between volunteers throughout year 2011 and keep the interest alive by holding classes and informal meetings.
