In cooperation between the Initiative of Wikipedian Light of Knowledge, Wikipedian Editor Project, Embassy of Sweden in Cairo, HerStory and UN Women, Egypt Wikimedians User Group (EWUG) held "WikiGap Egypt Editathon". The editathon aims to increase women's content on the encyclopedia by attracting new users, raising awareness of women's participation, and bridging the gender gap. The editathon begins on Monday, March 8, 2021, and ends on Sunday, March 14, 2021.
