Add Bing translation

Problem: Bing provides Cantonese translation, but Google does not provide it, resulting in having to manually translate it into Cantonese with Mandarin every time after Google translates. Please make an analogy to any language translated into French and then translated into Italian.

Adding a Bing translation engine not only covers more languages for translation, but also comparing multiple translations of a section will increase the accuracy of the translation, and the best translation can be chosen from among them (sometimes Bing translation performance is better than others). In the case of the Bengali language, Bing Translator translates comparatively more fluently. Besides, Bing Translator has the Assamese language, but Google Translator does not.
