Mobile editnotices

Problem: Editors are not shown editnotices in the mobile edit window, and therefore often miss important instructions.
Who would benefit: All mobile editors.
Proposed solution: Implement functionality to display editnotices on mobile. Given the more limited screen real estate on mobile, it may also be necessary to create tools to help the community prioritize which notices are important enough to be shown there.

Editnotices are often used in help contents, it's necessary having them visible also from mobile--ValeJappo 【〒】 08:47, 17 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Support Maybe even allow editnotices to be configured, through css classes or other indicators, to require a clickthrough in order to edit. This might help with discretionary sanctions notices/page restrictions and similar notifications of great importance, as ProcrastinatingReader points out.
