Problem: Inconvenient to look up citation templates for quotes
Who would benefit: Anyone who adds quotes
Proposed solution: Add a citation client in the toolbar like the one at Wikipedia

In fact, Citoid (the needed extension) is installed and just need to be configured. I think you just have to request an admin to edit wikiquote:MediaWiki:Citoid-template-type-map.json to map possible document types to appropriate templates. Each mapped template need its templateData to be set. I think most of the configuration for both template-type-map.json and TemplateData can just be copyed out from Wikipedia.
