Add searchbar to Nearby

• Problem: Special:Nearby only shows you the notable places around your current place. Further in the app if you want to change the location, you need to swipe all across the globe on the map. That is rather slow and inconvinent on small 4-5" devices.

• Who would benefit: All users of Nearby.

• Proposed solution: Please add a searchbar to Nearby so that we could all change places and find things in seconds. Would be great if we could do search according to a district/city/county or zipcode. (GPS coordinates would be fine, too.)
