説明
The translation tool currently uses Google Translate, which lags behind the latest generative AIs in terms of translation quality. It lacks the ability to understand context and cannot adapt the wording to different language usages, such as how French Wikipedia uses the present tense where English Wikipedia uses past tenses. Generative AIs have the capability to address these issues and are also better at translating templates in the absence of TemplateData.
Integrating generative AI into the translation tool would significantly enhance the accuracy and fluidity of translations, ensuring better contextual understanding and more natural language usage. This improvement would be particularly beneficial for complex or technical documents where precise language is crucial.
Therefore, I would like to see the addition of AI capabilities in the translation tool, although I do not consider this a priority.
