Description - We wish to run a CentralNotice banner in order to promote the Women in Red contest on the Norwegian and Northern Sámi Wikipedias.

• @Jon Harald Søby (WMNO): Am I assuming right that you will handle this campaign? Please keep in mind that according to the new CN usage guidelines, campaigns running longer than two weeks have to be announced to the local projects in advance and that staff-created campaigns like this need volunteer CN admin approval (I am happy to help out with that :) ).   @DerHexer, @Ciell: Sorry, I thought I had already replied, but it turns out I started writing a reply but never posted it. D'oh!

  Yes, I will handle the parts that I can handle. As for running time, it might be short notice to announce it in advance right now? If it's okay, we can start the campaign tomorrow (or when I have the banner ready) and announce it at the same time, and if there are objections to the running time, we can limit it to 2 weeks?
