@Natalia Szelachowska (WMCZ): Hello Natalia! I'm sorry, but the landing page is not sufficient for a central notice banner at this point. It seems the centralnotice (CN) should be created to propagate a WMCZ-organized editathon. However, neither of the Wikimedia-hosted pages linked in your CN request ([1] [2]) mentions the editathon at all.

The sign up form does mention the editathon, but as it's not Wikimedia-hosted, it cannot be linked from a central notice banner.

Could you please create a Wikimedia-hosted landing page that can be linked from the banner?
