What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - WikiBär, the local space of the Wikimedia community in Berlin, is hosting an event on March 16 to celebrate the 22nd birthday of dewp. As the orga team of the room, we are trying to reach out to more community members through various channels. To place a banner was recommended to us for this project. Therefore we would like to use this occasion to invite the logged in users from Berlin for the first time (see the decision in the protocol). We are curious to see how many people will sign up. Thank you for your support.

What banner(s) will you use? What will be your landing page?

Banners - Please use the standard banner with logo File:Wikipedia20_hashflag.svg and text „Feier mit uns den 22. Wikipedia-Geburtstag: 16. März in Berlin!“ I have already tested it on testwiki - see source code, preview
