Description - Ukrainian Wikipedia's birthday is on January 30th, we want to hold a wikimarathon during January 27-30, asking people to greet the Ukrainian Wikipedia by creating an article. We have had such Wikimarathons in the past: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017
Metrics - 1000 articles created, 300 new users registered (and at least 150 of them will edit during these days)

Support, this is a traditional and a very important event for Ukrainian Wikipedia community. Having a banner is needed to reach as many contributors and readers as possible.
