What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - This campaign for Second Editathon at National Authonomous University of Mexico have the objective of attract more attendees to the event. This editathon is designed to have both physical and online participation.

Metrics - Number of final attendees. Last year we had 129 active contributors both online and offline. We are expecting at least 150 this time.

@AddisWang and ProtoplasmaKid: I've fixed it and it's now enabled. The problem with that MWException is because the banner code you provided is wrong: the {{{messages}}} such as "participa", etc. should be substitued by text1, text2 and text3 and later added via the Translation extension. Please let me know if you encounter any issues. Also, pinging @Seddon (WMF): so he can verify if the traffic limit I set (30%), the impression diet and the legacy banner settings on the campaign are ok. —MarcoAurelio 14:40, 8 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
