What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Science Photo Competition 2022 in Ukrainian Wikipedia will be a new edition of several earlier contests for scientific photos in Ukraine. Having a CentralNotice banner is an important aspect for the success of the contest and thus for closing content gaps on Ukrainian science.

Metrics - 300 high-value photos uploaded, 35 participants & volunteers involved

@AntonProtsiuk (WMUA): I've created campaign and banner. The request with “Ukrainian (from all countries)” and “Ukraine (all projects in all languages from the territory of Ukraine)” didn't make much sense to me: Since the landing page is in Ukrainian and people from all over the world are invited, I used these settings instead of all languages and a limitation on Ukraine as only country.
