Description - Public Domain 2018 Russia is 2018 version of the annual contest around uploading PD texts, multimedia & images into Wikisource & Wikimedia Commons, as well as creation of articles about notable works and their authors in Wikipedias. The contest period continues until 30th June 2018. WMRU offers prizes to residents of the Russian Federation.

  2. Conversion - Participation vis-a-vis previous years, new registrations

Dear Seddon (WMF), if possible, please give priority to WikiGap 2018 Russia banner (it runs through 9 April only). Excluding fiwiki & ukwiki from the campaign is quite acceptable (see summary of their local forum comments to notifications). @WMRU we choose to leave Traffic Limit at your discretion in case of both campaigns. @Seddon (WMF): Please change Russian label the same way like changed it in this diff. I think that typography is incorrect not only for the Russian, but I do not have expertise about other languages. — putnik 15:13, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
