What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?
[edit]"Mujeres con Calle" (in english "Women in the streets"), so we can make visible the women who bear their names on the streets. This initiative, framed in the month of women was organized in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 with approximately 4000 articles edited. So we will need a banner for this year too.
To do it we want to invite all the Wikimedia user groups and chapters to the contest. We invite each group, from its place and context, to push and join this proposal, whose main objective is to improve the content on women Wikipedia, taking into account, also the quality.
What banner(s) will you use? What will be your landing page?

[edit]Hola @MarcoAurelio:! Me podrías ayudar con esto?, gracias :-) --Carla Toro (WMCL) (talk) 21:45, 15 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hola, @Carla. Sí, procuraré tenerlo listo en unas horas. Un saludo. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 21:32, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Cftoro (WMCL) Me sale este diseño. ¿Os gusta? —MarcoAurelio (talk) 23:09, 16 February 2021 (UTC)
- @MarcoAurelio: hola!
--Carla Toro (WMCL) (talk) 18:59, 23 February 2021 (UTC)

- @Cftoro (WMCL): Please link to where the local community has been notified of the banner proposal. Thanks. --Yair rand (talk) 11:29, 22 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hello @Yair rand. This banner is for a campaign that will be carried out throughout Latin America and we are organizing it among various chapters in the region. So I don't understand what you mean with a link where the local community has been notified. Please help me understand. --Carla Toro (WMCL) (talk) 18:59, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Cftoro (WMCL): CentralNotice banners require a comment period of at least seven days, and the target wiki (in this case the Spanish Wikipedia) must be notified of the Meta-Wiki discussion beforehand. --Yair rand (talk) 23:47, 23 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Yair rand: Now I understand, thanks :-). Here is the link where the community of the Spanish Wikipedia is notified.--Carla Toro (WMCL) (talk) 15:14, 24 February 2021 (UTC)

[edit]- The campaign is approvable, but it is set to last for a whole month. Usually that is not granted. @Seddon and Seddon (WMF): What is your opinion? Thanks. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 11:00, 21 February 2021 (UTC)
- @MarcoAurelio: maybe keep it to 50% plus impression limiting of 5 per week or 2 every 3 days? Seddon (talk) 22:20, 27 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Seddon I was thinking on a diet of 45/50% of traffic and an impression limit of one per day or so. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 12:11, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Seddon: This is the (not yet enabled) campaign. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 13:41, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- @MarcoAurelio: 50% and 1 impression per day works for me. Seddon (talk) 17:52, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- @MarcoAurelio: and Cftoro (WMCL): since we're running the Gender gap/International Women's Day campaign for this writing event as well, targetting the same language etc. maybe this banner can start after the other banner has ended? Ciell (talk) 19:46, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
- I'll let Carla answer, as she is the organiser of this. I am not afiliated with WMCL nor any other chapter, nor I am a participant in the contest. Best regards, —MarcoAurelio (talk) 17:23, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Ciell: and MarcoAurelio: I don't have a problem with Ciell proposal, so it works for me. Thank you for all the work that you've been doing :-) --Carla Toro (WMCL) (talk) 19:03, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
- Approved. Set to start on March 11 till April 4 then. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 17:50, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
