Description - Traditionally, Wikimedia Ukraine runs a local edition of CEE Spring in Ukrainian Wikipedia. In 2022 it was cancelled because of the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, but we're back this year. Ukrainian Wikipedia has always shown strong results in the contest, and having a banner campaign is key to its successful promotion.
