Le nœud celtique aura lieu à Waterford City, en Irlande, du mercredi 25 au vendredi 27 septembre 2024. Bien que l'événement ait lieu sur place, les participants à distance pourront suivre le contenu de la conférence en ligne.
Le lieu de la manifestation est le Tower Hotel, Waterford City - situé sur le Mall et en face de Reginald's Tower.

This conference offers a unique opportunity for students to delve into the role of Wikimedia and digital citizenship in the preservation and promotion of Celtic and minority languages.

Accommodation
Tower Hotel
Self-funded attendees who wish to book accommodation at the venue can do so by contacting the Tower Hotel directly (scholarship recipients have their accommodation confirmed by the organisers and will receive specific information.)
The hotel has reserved a block of special-rate rooms for conference attendees. Please note that these special rates are available until 2nd August, 2024.

La conférence des nœuds celtiques de cette année aura lieu en personne en Irlande. Comme cet événement se concentre sur les langues celtiques en Europe, nous nous concentrons sur le soutien à la participation en personne des personnes résidant dans les pays européens, mais nous fournirons également un soutien aux personnes qui souhaitent regarder le contenu de la conférence à distance. Nous proposons deux types de bourses :

En savoir plusLe traitement des bourses numériques sera géré par la communauté Wikimedia Irlande. La réservation de voyages pour les bourses en personne sera gérée par l'équipe de voyage de la Fondation Wikimedia. Nous visons à mettre à disposition des bourses numériques par le biais de paquets de données eSIM qui seront rendus accessibles avant la conférence, pour un montant maximum de 80 EUR. Bien que ce soit notre premier choix dans la fourniture de bourses numériques, nous reconnaissons que cela peut ne pas être accessible à tous les bénéficiaires de boursés et répondra aux besoins au mieux que nous le pouvons sur demande. Si des données sont achetées par des boursiers, elles ne peuvent être remboursées que lorsque les reçus sont convenus à l'avance et reçus par le WCI.
