Ang Affiliations Committee (dating kilala bilang Chapters Committee, kolokyal na AffCom) ay isang pamayanan na komite ng Wikimedia na pinagkatiwalaan sa pagpapayo sa Lupon ng mga Katiwala ng Wikimedia Foundation sa pag-apruba ng mga bagong kaakibat ng kilusan: mga pambansang kabanata (chapters) at sumasailalim, mga mga organisasyong pampakay (thematic organisations), mga pangkat ng mga gumagamit (user groups).
Ang Komite ay nilikha noong Enero 15, 2006, sa pamamagitan ng isang resolution ng Lupon ng mga Katiwala (Board of Trustees), kasama ang ilang iba pang mga komite ng Wikimedia. Ang orihinal na utos nito ay kinabibilangan ng koordinasyon ng pagbuo ng mga kabanata ng Wikimedia, na noong panahong iyon ay nasa maagang yugto ng organisasyon, gayundin ang pagpapadali ng komunikasyon sa pagitan ng mga kabanata at sa pagitan ng mga kabanata at ng Wikimedia Foundation.
Noong 2012, kasunod ng isang talakayan sa komunidad at isang resultang Board of Trustees resolution, ang saklaw ng Komite ay pinalawak upang isama ang mga organisasyong pampakay (thematic organisations) at mga pangkat ng gumagamit (user groups). Isang updated charter ang naaprubahan noong 2022.
Ang Affiliations Committee ay gumagawa ng mga rekomendasyon sa Lupong ng mga Katiwala sa pagkilala, pag-apruba at pag-iral ng mga kaanib ng kilusang Wikimedia, at para sa pagpapadali sa paglikha ng mga organisasyong iyon. Sa madaling salita, tinutulungan ng Komite ang mga Wikimedians mula sa buong sanlibutan na sila'y magsanib bilang mga kabanata, mga organisasyong pampakay at mga pangkat ng gumagamit, at upang makakuha ng opisyal na pagkilala mula sa Wikimedia Foundation.

The Affiliates Committee comprises volunteers selected for their enthusiasm and their skills in community organising, cross-cultural communication, reviewing bylaws, and providing governance advice for emerging organisations. There are currently 8 (eight) voting members with terms of three years each.
Voting members of the Committee are helped by non-voting advisors. Advisors provide the Committee with on-the-ground experience, language skills, and governance advice, and are able to take part in discussions at subcommittee meetings.
Certain Wikimedia Foundation staff members support the Committee in its operations and help the Committee to function effectively. They are actively present on the Affiliations Committee's non-public mailing list and internal wiki, and may provide advice to the Committee based on their knowledge and expertise. They are not voting Committee members.
The Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees appoint liaisons to the Committee to facilitate communication and coordination between the Committee and the Board. The liaisons shall be the Committee's primary point of contact with the Board, and shall serve to update the Board on the Committee's activities and update the Committee on relevant Board activities. They may request information related to the Committee's operations as necessary to carry out their role. They are not voting Committee members.
