Writing week/Italian locked down areas
Following a legislative decree of 8 March 2020[1], 14 provinces in Northern Italy are locked down until 3 April. The lock down involves about 11 million persons and a large part of the Italian Wikipedia community.
In order to help local Wikipedians against the fear and the stress (and also the boredom) of this situation and to move the focus to some positive themes, we thought to organize a writing week (more than a week, indeed) from 8 March to 3 April 2020. Everyone can participate by writing about geographical and cultural topics related to this region.
Our suggestion is to focus on monuments, architectures, and museums, but also lakes or mountains.
