Participant[edit]

Your home wiki goes here
I gave a 30 minutes session cum workshop on Communications & Promotional Blogs- A detailed session with a demonstration of the different types of reports and also some examples to highlight the reports lacking information and some good reports. The key points to be considered while writing a report and how to effectively report learnings.

Outcome[edit]

Please tell us what you've learned, and how you are going to use these skills in future. It was really nice to see women from different communities, especially, the emerging leaders in the workshop learning new skills.

Learnings[edit]

Please list files things you learned from fellow wikimedians. If you've planned a future activity, please list. Will be working on the Good Articles about Female activists from India in English Wikipedia.

Review[edit]

  • What worked well?
User:Sumita Roy Dutta was very gracious host and organizer for women participants from different communities. Every participant was made to feel welcome by her and the enthusiasm and passion of the participants was also very impressive.
The session of Sydney Poore, Maria Cruz and Somya Naidu were spectacular!
  • What didn't work well?
The session planning could use a lot of improvement. The timings and the session allocation was not very well devised. 7-8 hours of intense continuous session without break was very hectic on the participants. Small breaks and proper lunchtime outside the conference room is essential, else it can be hard for the participants who are sitting in one place for long hours.

Anything else[edit]

Thanks to Sumita Roy Dutta and CIS-A2K for the wonderful event! Wikilover90 (talk) 09:30, 9 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
