Women Train the Trainer Program/Participation/Aarya Joshi

• WTTT Event conducted on 9th and 10th March 2019 was my first attempt as a co organizer.

• Dr. Manavpreet Kaur and Sumita Roy offered me opportunity to enrich myself.

First of all I appreciate this concept in which all responsibilities were taken by women for the women from Wiki Community.

• As being a co- organizer myself and Sumita di are continuously in touch with Manavpreet through Email, Phone call , Telegram.

• We have prepared session plan, made necessary arrangements for sessions.We communicate with our participant as well as speakers through email and tried to make the process smoothly.

• It was nice and learnable experience for me to communicate with different women wikimedians from different Indic Languages.

• We discussed about transportation and some solved some urgent problems through very cooperative communication with each other.

• Due to sudden emergency I was not able to attend the event physically but I conducted my session about Outreach and Collaborative work of Marathi Wiki Community through Hangout.It was another learning experience for me.

• I helped another marathi wikipedian Kalyani who attended the event. Very good bonding with her made me happy.

It was an event which gave me opportunity of learning different things which I have done for the very first time for Wiki Community.

• Through this I received confidence that now I will able to conduct this kind of event socially for my community and I will able to teach these things to the women from my own community.This is a takeaway for me.
