After reporting this case, i went to the "politican"s twitter for external links. So I opened all the accounts that appear in his twitter bio. I searched for them all and came across this: Assalts (talk · contribs) is another cross-wiki spammer. He created several wikidata entries: Bella Verano Domínguez, María Ponce Gallardo, Newtral, Manuela Parralo Marcos and many more entries which you can see here. And there is David Muñoz López who is now a journalist. He interveins on the following wikis:

• en-wp (blocked)
• es-wp (blocked)

• wikidata

He's blocked from es-wp for being a sockpuppet of Rtvic which is blocked on en-wp and es-wp for spam. I have trouble identifying his edits which are spam from his good edits (there are obviously a few). You can access his CA from here. Regards,--Jean-Mahmood (talk) 00:07, 6 August 2021 (UTC)
