- Being unclear on what you're voting on is no reason to oppose it. In any case, yes, you are being told what license provisions you are voting on, namely the BSD 3-clause license linked to above, or similar licenses such as the MIT/X11 clause which is equivalent to a 2-clause BSD license, that are in the same spirit as the BSD license.
