• In October, Uzbek Wikimedians sent an application for the creation of an Uzbek language user group. The AffCom is reviewing the application and will soon confirm it. Thus we will have a new affiliation among the Turkic WM affiliations.
• It was noted that it would be good to have a separate meeting for the Turkic community.
• The discussion took place on how best to help communities that cannot receive funds from the Wikimedia Foundation.
• Wiki Loves Caucasus this year was held for the second time and this year already two communities from the Turkic community took part in it. It's the Turkish and Azerbaijani community. The results of the contest were summed up.
