Cultural & Natural Heritage and Social life Mapping of Kerla , India - January 2023 is an event organised by Harvinder Chandigarh, the founder member of the User Group Wikimedians of North India, to document the Cultural , Heritage and social life of Kerla State of India.Kerala's culture and traditions alongwith its cultural and natural heritage have made the state one of the most popular tourist destinations in India..As per CNN Travel Kerala is amongst '19 best places to visit in 2019'.]

Proposal and objectives

• To digitally documenting and preserving Cultural & Natural Heritage and Social life Mapping of Kerla by uploading images on Wikipedia Commons.
• uploading photographs of the Monuments in the list which presently lack it.
• uploading better quality photographs of monuments which presently have poor quality photographs.
• To create new content on Wikipedia related to this area.
• To enrich the existing content on Wikipedia by adding relevant images to it.
• To create awareness about Wikipedia in the the local community.
