WikiVibrance - African Youth Month, organized by the Wikimedians of Arusha, is an annual event dedicated to celebrating African youth through Wikimedia projects. Held during African Youth Month, the event focuses on enhancing the representation of African youth culture, achievements, and issues on Wikimedia platforms.
Goals

New articles related to African youth were created and existing articles were improved. New entries on African youth topics were added to Wikidata. New media files depicting African youth events and personalities were uploaded to Wikimedia Commons.
- Community Engagement:
The event featured1 workshops for edit-a-thons, engaging youth in collaborative editing and content creation. New youth members joined the Wikimedians of Arusha community.
- Capacity Building:
Youth participants received training on Wikipedia editing and Wikidata entry. Educational resources and tutorials specifically for young contributors were developed and distributed.
