From June 6th to 8th, 2024, in Pale, in collaboration with the Faculty of Philosophy in Pale, an Edu Wiki seminar aimed at professors was held. This seminar aimed to equip educational professionals with new skills and knowledge on using Wikimedia resources in the educational process.
The seminar brought together a large number of professors from various educational institutions, who had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest methods and techniques for using Wikimedia platforms. The program included various training sessions and workshops led by experts in Wikimedia and education. Over the course of three days, participants engaged in interactive workshops covering the basics of editing skills on Wikipedia, as well as advanced techniques for creating and managing content. Additionally, presentations highlighted examples of best practices in applying Wikimedia resources in teaching and education. These presentations included case studies and successful examples of using Wikimedia in various educational contexts.
Practical activities focused on:
- Creating and editing Wiki articles: Professors had the opportunity to practically apply their new skills by working on editing and creating articles on Wikipedia. This allowed participants to delve into deeper aspects of Wikimedia platforms and develop their abilities in content management and enrichment.
- Creating educational materials: Through group work and collaborative projects, participants developed educational materials that will be used in teaching, integrating Wikimedia resources into their teaching plans and programs.
The seminar was highly successful in raising awareness of the importance of Wikimedia resources in education and equipping professors with skills that will help them effectively use these tools in their work. Professors gained valuable knowledge on how to use Wikipedia and other Wikimedia resources to enrich their teaching activities, as well as to develop critical thinking and research skills among students.
The Edu Wiki seminar in Pale represents a significant step in strengthening collaboration between educational institutions and the Wikimedia community. Through intensive training and practical activities, this event successfully equipped professors with new tools and techniques to integrate Wikimedia resources into educational processes, thereby contributing to the improvement of teaching and learning quality.
During the specified period, as part of the Edu Wiki program, eight editing workshops were implemented at the faculties of the University of East Sarajevo. These workshops aimed to provide students with a basic understanding of Wikimedia projects and to train them in the fundamentals of editing on Wikipedia. The seminars were designed as intensive training sessions that allowed students to familiarize themselves with the concept of free knowledge and acquire specific skills in working with Wikipedia. Through a series of workshops, participants had the opportunity to explore a wide range of Wikimedia projects, including Wikipedia, Wikisource, and the Wikimedia community platform.
Each workshop was carefully planned to cover all aspects of Wikipedia editing. We started with the basics, explaining to students how Wikipedia functions, what types of information they can contribute, and how to create and edit articles. This included basic techniques such as text formatting, adding images, and inserting references. In addition to the theoretical part, a strong emphasis was placed on the practical application of acquired knowledge. Students had the opportunity to actively participate in workshops by editing existing articles and creating new ones. These activities allowed them to apply what they had learned in a real-world context, gaining direct experience in editing content on Wikipedia.
The project has shown positive results in engaging students in Wikimedia activities. Students acquired basic skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to Wikimedia projects, which will be beneficial in their future work and studies. In addition to technical knowledge, the workshops contributed to the development of critical thinking and research skills, which are of great importance in academic and professional life.
The Edu Wiki workshops organized at the University of East Sarajevo have successfully equipped students to actively contribute to Wikimedia projects. These workshops have not only contributed to the development of editing skills on Wikipedia but have also raised awareness about the importance of free knowledge and collaboration in the digital world. We plan to continue with similar activities in the future to support education and engage new members in the Wikimedia community.
From April to June 15, 2024, a Wikipedia article writing competition was organized for students who participated in the Wiki Semester project. This competition was aimed at students who had previously undergone training in Wikipedia editing, with the goal of motivating and encouraging them to actively engage in creating and editing content on this platform. The competition was designed as a way to test students who had acquired basic skills in editing Wikipedia and further engage them in content creation. Students were tasked with writing and editing articles on Wikipedia according to platform guidelines and standards. Emphasis was placed on the quality and relevance of content, as well as the use and citation of reliable sources. During the competition, students worked on various topics, focusing on areas of interest within academic disciplines and current social issues. Participants received support in the form of advice and guidelines to help them improve their writing and editing skills on Wikipedia.
The Wikipedia article writing competition represents a successful step in engaging students and applying skills acquired during the Wiki Semester. This activity not only allowed students to apply their knowledge in a practical context but also enriched the content on Wikipedia, contributing to greater richness and diversity of information on the platform. We plan to continue organizing similar competitions in the future to support and motivate students in their engagement and contribution to Wikimedia projects.
As part of the long-standing collaboration between the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska and the Faculty of Philosophy Pale, another successful activity was carried out within the Edu Wiki program. The activity was conducted in honor of Media and Information Literacy Day, providing students with the opportunity to contribute to the dissemination of free knowledge through practical work.
Students created QR codes using the QRPedia project, linking to Wikipedia articles about the world's most significant newspapers, whose copies are displayed at the faculty. Additionally, QR codes were generated for articles on prominent media and communication theorists, further enriching the educational content available to students and faculty visitors.
This activity continues the successful integration of Wikipedia into the educational system, enabling students to develop media literacy skills, critical thinking, and digital content production while simultaneously contributing to the improvement of information quality on Wikipedia.
GLAM

The #1Lib1Ref 2024 project on Serbian Wikipedia, part of a global initiative, was held from January to March 2024. The goal of this project was to improve the accuracy and reliability of Wikipedia articles by adding references and sources. The initiative invited librarians, researchers, academics, and all interested individuals to contribute by adding at least one reliable reference to articles lacking adequate sources.
Activities and Implementation:
- Organization and Promotion: The project began with promotional campaigns through social media, email newsletters, and collaborations with libraries and educational institutions. We provided information about the project's goals and ways for interested parties to get involved.
- Training and Workshops: We held several online workshops and educational sessions for librarians and other potential participants. These workshops covered basic Wikipedia editing techniques and specific methods for adding and citing sources. The goal was to make participants feel more confident and capable of contributing to the quality of Wikipedia content.
- Participant Support: To facilitate smooth participation, we provided support through online forums and chat channels. A team of experts and experienced editors was available for questions and assistance, offering advice on best practices for adding references and improving articles.
- Educational Materials: We prepared guides and tutorials covering steps for adding references, using various sources, and verifying the credibility of information. These materials were available on our website and distributed to participants via email.
Results:
- Participants: Around 50 individuals actively participated in the project, including librarians, academics, and enthusiasts.
- Added References: Over the course of the project, more than 11.984 new references were added to articles on Serbian Wikipedia. These references covered various fields, improving the quality and reliability of the articles.
The #1Lib1Ref 2024 project on Serbian Wikipedia achieved significant results in improving the quality of content on Wikipedia. Adding references not only increased the accuracy of articles but also promoted the importance of citation and the use of reliable sources. The project activities greatly enhanced community engagement and contributed to better training for participants in the areas of editing and citation on Wikipedia. In the future, we will continue with similar initiatives to further improve the quality and reliability of content on Serbian Wikipedia and support the inclusion of new community members in the contribution process.
On December 13, 2024, the Wiki GLAM seminar was held at the National Library of East Sarajevo, aimed at librarians and cultural workers, with the goal of enhancing their digital and information literacy skills. The seminar focused on introducing participants to the basics of editing Wikipedia and its sister projects, contributing to the dissemination of free knowledge and strengthening digital literacy within cultural institutions.
Participants had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge through interactive workshops and practical exercises on the importance of digital accessibility of cultural content, as well as to explore potential future collaborations with the Wikimedia community. In addition to the seminar’s program, a Wikipedia editing marathon was organized for participants who completed the training, lasting for seven days after the event. During the marathon, participants created 38 new articles on Wikipedia, directly contributing to the expansion of free knowledge. At the conclusion of the competition, the top three participants were awarded symbolic prizes in recognition of their contributions.
The seminar also featured the announcement of the #1Lib1Ref campaign, which will provide librarians with an opportunity to actively participate in improving the quality of content on Wikipedia. Participants were invited to join this global initiative once the project becomes active, should they wish to contribute to referencing and verifying information on the platform. This event represents a significant step within the Wiki GLAM initiative in the Republic of Srpska, equipping librarians and cultural workers with the tools and resources to actively engage in the creation and dissemination of free knowledge online.
The Wiki Ambassador project in the Republic of Srpska for 2024 was conducted from November 1, 2023, to April 15, 2024. The project aimed to release and digitize content, as well as mark museum exhibits with QRpedia codes. Throughout the project, numerous partnerships with cultural, educational, and sports organizations were established.
Partnerships:
- Dis Youth Theatre (Banja Luka): Collaboration with this theatre included the release and digitization of cultural content significant to the young audience and local culture.
- Museum of Herzegovina Trebinje: The collaboration focused on digitizing exhibits and creating accessible and high-quality digital records that enriched online repositories.
- JU National Library "Dr. Ljubo Mihić" Ljubinje: This library contributed to the project by digitizing books and other bibliographic resources, making them more accessible and searchable on Wikimedia platforms.
- Regional Museum in Doboj: The collaboration involved marking museum exhibits with QRpedia codes, enabling visitors to easily access information about the exhibits via their mobile devices.
- Meridianbet Sport BH, Banja Luka: This partner released photographs of significant sports events and athletes, enriching Wikimedia resources in the field of sports and increasing the visibility of sports topics on Wikipedia.
Activities and Results:
- Release and Digitization of Content: Significant progress was made in the release and digitization of various cultural and historical content. These activities contributed to enriching Wikimedia resources and increasing content accessibility for the broader public.
- QRpedia Codes: QRpedia codes were established in museum exhibits, allowing visitors to scan the codes and obtain detailed information about the exhibits via their mobile devices. This enhanced visitor interaction with museum content and increased the visibility of museum resources on Wikimedia.

As for the results, a total of 1,253 photographs were uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. Additionally, 265 articles were written and 113 articles were improved on the Serbian Wikipedia. 680 exhibits were marked with QRpedia codes.
The Wiki Ambassador project in the Republic of Srpska for 2024 was successfully implemented with active collaboration from key partners in the cultural, educational, and sports sectors. The release and digitization of content, along with marking museum exhibits with QRpedia codes, significantly enriched Wikimedia resources and improved access to cultural and sports heritage. Collaboration with partners was crucial in achieving these goals, and the project laid a strong foundation for future activities in the field of digitization and promotion of cultural and sports heritage.
- Continuation of the Long-Term Project – Activities for 2024/2025
As a continuation of this long-term initiative, a new phase of the GLAM program was launched on October 20, 2024, and will run until the end of March 2025. This phase aims to further expand collaboration with key state institutions, ensuring a greater impact and sustainability of free knowledge dissemination.
We are particularly proud to announce that official cooperation agreements have been signed with the following prominent institutions:
- Museum of the Republic of Srpska
- Semberija Museum, Bijeljina
- Regional Museum in Doboj
- National Library of Trebinje
- DIS Youth Theater (Banja Luka)
- Meridianbet Sport BH, Banja Luka
These partnerships represent a significant milestone in our efforts to integrate Wikimedia projects into the academic, cultural, and public spheres, further reinforcing the mission of open knowledge accessibility and community engagement. So far, our ambassadors have conducted six visits to the listed institutions, organizing educational workshops, collecting materials, and documenting cultural heritage. As a result of these activities, more than 800 photographs of museum exhibits have been uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, significantly enriching the digital repository of free knowledge and cultural heritage.
During the period from November 2023 to May 2024, our organization conducted a series of photo expeditions across Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the GLAM program, with a special focus on religious sites. These expeditions are an important part of our effort to enrich digital resources with information about cultural heritage that was previously not represented online.
The goal of the expeditions was to collect high-quality photographs of religious sites that were previously unknown or insufficiently documented online. We began by preparing and planning the expeditions, identifying key locations and culturally significant sites. Our teams traveled to various locations to capture images of sites such as churches, mosques, monasteries, and other significant religious structures.
Each expedition was carefully organized to ensure high-quality photographs and accurate representation of the sites. We included local guides and experts who helped us find and access sites that were not easily accessible. Additionally, we paid great attention to the technical aspects of photography to ensure the images were clear and representative of each site.
Through five successfully conducted photo expeditions, we collected a total of 2205 photographs of religious sites. Each photograph sheds new light on sites that were previously undocumented on the internet. This significant collection of photographs encompasses various aspects of architecture and artistic expression, providing rich visual documentation that will contribute to the understanding and preservation of cultural heritage.
Our work within the GLAM program significantly contributes to the digitization and preservation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's cultural heritage. The collected photographs will not only enrich the content on Wikimedia projects but also provide users with the opportunity to better understand and explore the religious sites that are part of the region's rich cultural and historical heritage. We will continue to work on similar projects to further enhance the availability and visibility of cultural resources online.
- Wiki Expedition Project 2024-2025
Introduction The Wiki Expedition project is being implemented again in the period 2024-2025. The goal of the project is to enrich Wikimedia resources with high-quality photographs of religious sites that have not yet been documented on Wikimedia projects or the internet. As part of this initiative, five photo expeditions are planned across five different municipalities.
As part of the project, the first photo expedition in Bijeljina has already been completed. During this tour, photographers and community members visited a wider area of the municipality, documenting religious sites and collecting visual material. The result of this expedition is approximately 320 photographs, which will contribute to better accessibility and documentation of cultural heritage.
Following the successful completion of the first expedition, four more photo tours in different municipalities are planned. The goal of each tour is the systematic photography of religious sites and their digitalization through Wikimedia projects. The locations and timeline for upcoming expeditions will be determined based on available resources and logistical possibilities.
The Wiki Expedition 2024-2025 project represents an important initiative for documenting and digitizing cultural heritage, enabling the wider public to access information and visual representations of religious sites. With a successful start in Bijeljina and planned future activities, the project will contribute to enriching free resources and encouraging the community to actively participate in preserving cultural heritage.
Community activities

From June 14 to June 16, 2024, the seventh Аnnual Conference of Wikimedia Community of Republika Srpska was held in Teslić. This regional conference attracted participants and speakers from neighboring countries, including Serbia.
The conference served as a platform for exchanging experiences, developing new strategies, and strengthening collaboration among Wikimedia communities in the region. Over three days, participants had the opportunity to explore advanced editing techniques, review successful practices, and exchange ideas for future projects.
Key activities included:
- Presentation of achievements: Results of Wikimedia projects in Republika Srpska were showcased, alongside successful initiatives from other regions.
- Training and education: Workshops and seminars covered various aspects of editing, project management, and the use of Wikimedia tools. These activities aimed to empower participants and develop new competencies.
- Networking and collaboration: Forum discussions and panel debates provided opportunities for idea exchange and forming new partnerships. This year, the conference was enriched by the participation of speakers from Serbia, contributing to broader regional connectivity.
The conference successfully attracted a large number of representatives from Wikimedia communities in Republika Srpska and the wider region. Participants had the chance to learn about new methods and approaches, as well as exchange ideas with colleagues from other parts of the region, including Serbia. This sharing of experiences and knowledge will significantly impact the future development of Wikimedia projects and collaboration in the region.
The seventh Wikimedia Community Conference of Republika Srpska in Teslić was a significant event for regional collaboration and the development of Wikimedia projects. The participation of speakers from Serbia further enriched the conference and strengthened connections among Wikimedia communities in the region. This conference provided a valuable platform for professional exchange and the development of new initiatives, which will have a positive impact on the future of Wikimedia projects throughout the region.
During the period from March 8 to May 30, 2024, the Wiki Women project in the Republic of Srpska was implemented, encompassing a variety of activities aimed at promoting and representing women in Wikimedia projects.
- Workshops and Education:
The project included workshops designed to educate participants about the importance of including women in Wikimedia projects. These workshops provided training on editing Wikipedia articles and strategic approaches to covering underrepresented women in various fields.
- Article Writing Campaigns:
Several writing campaigns focused on creating articles about women to enrich Wikipedia's content and increase the visibility of women who have contributed to different fields. These activities involved both the creation of new articles and the enhancement of existing ones.
- Article Writing Marathons:
In collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia, an article writing marathon about women was conducted as part of the Viki Gap initiative. This activity brought together volunteers and enthusiasts from both regions to improve the coverage of women on Wikipedia.
- Photo Activities:
A member of the organizational team, who is an artist, organized a series of photo activities as part of the project. These activities resulted in contemporary photo depictions of Slavic mythology goddesses, contributing to the visual representation of women in the context of history and culture.
The Wiki Women project successfully covered various aspects of representing women on and off Wikipedia. With a significant increase in the number of articles about women and the successful execution of photo activities, the project helped raise awareness about the role of women and the importance of their inclusion in Wikimedia projects. Additionally, the collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia and participation in the Viki Gap initiative provided further opportunities for knowledge exchange and experience sharing between communities.
The Wiki Women project in the Republic of Srpska marks an important step in promoting women in Wikimedia projects. The diverse activities, including workshops, article writing, marathons, and photo depictions, have significantly enriched the content and representation of women on Wikipedia. We will continue with activities that support the inclusion of women and strengthen their representation in the digital space.
During the period from March 21 to May 31, 2024, our community actively participated in the CEE Spring 2024 competition in collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia. This partnership facilitated essential coordination and support, which was crucial for the successful involvement of our users in the competition.
Our community members actively engaged in the competition, contributing by writing new articles and improving existing ones, focusing on topics important to Central and Eastern Europe. This engagement was supported by various training sessions and guidelines that helped direct activities towards relevant themes.
Through collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia, various promotional activities were organized. Announcements on Wikipedia and social media informed users about the competition, provided guidelines for writing and editing articles, and regularly updated the competition's status. This type of support significantly contributed to involving a larger number of participants.
Our participation in CEE Spring 2024 yielded significant results. During the competition, 566 articles were written and 102 were improved, enriching the content on Serbian Wikipedia. Additionally, 13 users actively participated in the competition, demonstrating a high level of engagement and dedication.
Our community's participation in CEE Spring 2024, with the support of Wikimedia Serbia, represents an important step in improving the quality and visibility of content on Serbian Wikipedia. This initiative not only enhanced the content but also encouraged active engagement and collaboration among users. With the achieved results and experience, our community will continue to support and participate in similar projects in the future, aiming for further development and enrichment of Wikipedia.
During the year 2024, our community actively worked on bridging the content gap on the Serbian Wikipedia by organizing four article writing contests and three article writing campaigns. This initiative aimed to enhance coverage and content quality, focusing on important but underrepresented topics.
Activities:
- Article Writing Contests: During this period, we organized four article writing contests aimed at filling the gaps in topic coverage on Wikipedia. Each contest was carefully planned and targeted themes identified as significant for enriching content. These contests attracted a significant number of participants and contributed to the increase in the number and quality of articles on the Serbian version of Wikipedia.
- Article Writing Campaigns: In addition to the contests, we conducted three article writing campaigns dedicated to specific themes. These campaigns were organized to focus on important but neglected areas.
- Campaign for World Roma Day: In collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia, we organized a campaign in honor of World Roma Day, aimed at creating and improving articles about Roma topics, culture, and history.
- Campaign for World Refugee Day: Also in collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia, we organized a campaign for World Refugee Day. This campaign addressed topics related to migrations, refugees, and their histories and experiences.

All activities were carefully coordinated with the wider Wikipedia community, with continuous communication and support for editors. Providing guidelines, writing support, and promoting activities contributed to the success of these initiatives.
The successfully organized contests and campaigns from August 2023 to June 2024 demonstrated a high level of engagement from our community in bridging the content gap on the Serbian Wikipedia. Collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia was crucial in realizing campaigns dedicated to significant international themes. We will continue to focus on activities that contribute to the improvement of content and coverage on Wikipedia, with the support and collaboration of the wider community.
- The Night of Museums
During the "Night of Museums" event held in May 2024, our community successfully marked Museum Day in collaboration with DIS Theater from Banja Luka. This event represented a significant moment in promoting the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums) program of the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska. Activities and Presentation:
- Presentation of the GLAM Program: Throughout the event, the GLAM program was introduced, aiming to enhance the visibility and accessibility of cultural and historical heritage through Wikimedia projects. Visitors were informed about how this program works on digitizing and integrating important content into Wikimedia projects.
- Collaboration with DIS Theater: As part of the Museum Night program, DIS Theater from Banja Luka provided support and space for the presentation of the GLAM program. This collaboration contributed to the successful merging of art, culture, and digital archiving, ensuring greater visibility and accessibility of cultural heritage.
- Educational and Informative Activities: Visitors were introduced to Wikimedia's work in the context of GLAM initiatives, featuring exhibitions, workshops, and discussions on the importance of preserving and promoting cultural heritage. These activities included demonstrations of Wikimedia work and presentations of projects realized within the GLAM program.
The celebration of Museum Day in collaboration with DIS Theater during the "Night of Museums" was a successful event that enabled the presentation and promotion of the GLAM program of the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska. This partnership contributed to increased visibility and understanding of Wikimedia's role in preserving and enriching cultural heritage, as well as establishing important contacts and collaborations in the fields of culture and education.
- Days of the Faculty of Philosophy Pale
As part of the Days of the Faculty of Philosophy Pale event, the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of East Sarajevo, Prof. Dr. Vladan Bartula, was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Wikimedia Community of Republika Srpska. This recognition was presented as an acknowledgment of his significant contribution to the promotion and advancement of Wikipedia within the academic community. The award highlights the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and Wikimedia projects in the dissemination of free knowledge and the digitalization of educational content.
"I am deeply honored by this recognition from the Wikimedia Community of Republika Srpska. I firmly believe that free access to knowledge is essential for the progress of society, and I am pleased that we have successfully involved our academic community in this important process," stated Bartula.
- Wiki Live 2024
Our community participated in the annual Wikimedia Serbia conference - WikiLive 2024. In addition to attending the event, our members actively contributed to the program by presenting the GLAM program of the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska. Participation and Program Contribution:
- Event Participation: Our community members attended WikiLive 2024, engaging with other Wikimedia enthusiasts and professionals. This provided a valuable opportunity for networking, learning, and sharing experiences with the broader Wikimedia community.
- Presentation of the GLAM Program: During the conference, our members took part in the program by presenting the GLAM program. The presentation highlighted our efforts in digitizing and promoting cultural and historical heritage through Wikimedia projects. Attendees were informed about the various initiatives and successes achieved by the GLAM program in the Republic of Srpska, showcasing our commitment to preserving and sharing cultural knowledge.
Our participation in WikiLive 2024 was a significant step in strengthening our collaboration with Wikimedia Serbia and the wider Wikimedia community. By presenting the GLAM program, we highlighted the importance of digital preservation and cultural heritage, fostering greater awareness and support for our initiatives. This event not only allowed us to share our achievements but also to gain valuable insights and build stronger connections with other Wikimedia contributors.
- Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2024
Two representatives of the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska participated in this year's Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2024, which was held in Istanbul from September 20 to 22, 2024. The conference brought together representatives from various Central and Eastern European countries to exchange experiences, share knowledge, and encourage collaboration on Wikimedia projects. In addition to attending the main sessions, Tijana Joksimović and Mirjana Petković also had the opportunity to participate in Learning Day sessions. These additional activities enabled them to gain new knowledge in capacity building and organizational skills, which will contribute to the further development of Wikimedia in the Republic of Srpska. The participation of our representatives in the CEE Meeting is essential for the further development of Wikimedia projects in the Republic of Srpska. Cooperation with other organizations in the region opens new opportunities for expanding free knowledge and improving the quality of content on Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects.
- Wikimania 2024
A representative of the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska, Stefan Ratković, participated in this year's Wikimania 2024 conference, which was held in Katowice, Poland, from August 7 to 10, 2024. The representative of the Wikimedia Community of the Republic of Srpska actively participated in various sessions and workshops, with a particular focus on topics such as community capacity building, digital security, and collaboration with cultural and scientific institutions. His participation included attending lectures, engaging in discussions, and networking with other Wikimedians from Central and Eastern Europe, as well as from other parts of the world. Notably, the representative of the Republic of Srpska attended a meeting with representatives of the Wikimedia CEE Hub, where opportunities for further cooperation and support for smaller communities in the region were discussed. Participation in Wikimania 2024 enabled the Community representative to gain new knowledge, exchange experiences, and establish important contacts that will contribute to the further development of Wikimedia projects in the Republic of Srpska.
As part of the community mentorship program aimed at strengthening its capacities, several workshops have been organized for new members. During these workshops, participants received training on working with Wikimedia projects, acquiring essential skills and knowledge needed for active engagement within the community. In addition to formal training, continuous efforts are made to support new members in their professional development, enabling them to gain the competencies necessary for independently managing projects. Experienced members of the organizational team guide and support them throughout this process, providing ongoing assistance and advice through the mentorship program to ensure their effective integration and growth within the community.
