General Updates

• Coneraad to give advise on device for UPS
• We should mark red for any line item we use within the budget for equipment
• Nobantu to send other links for a compatible device.
• Bobbys UPS was supposed to be purchased last financial, the bookkeepers made an error in the payment process. They sent funds direct to Bobby, Bobby was not pleased about this action from the bookkeeper. The Chapter needs to be prioritised.
• Those present at the ops meeting needs to think about the bookkeepers issues and to be discussed at the next board meeting.
• Bobby was sent 15000 thousand rands for The WikiIndaba retreat, The goal was achieved at the retreat
