Coenraad: gives update on the design competition, first tranche of submissions have come through and were reviewed during the meeting. Fully amount (R2000) budgeted for this design competition has already been spent for it. Douglas: gave an update on the current status of the new website and its design.

Interns

Douglas: gives an update on the intern candiate for Afrikaans Wikipedia that Deon has identified.

Michael suggests that Deon be given the go ahead for the Afrikaans intern in this case. Khethiwe suggests that we make a provision that WMZA will always allocate the interns in accordance to the need and workload aviable for interns of language Wikipedias as they come up. Alternative wording: "Any South African Language Wikipedia will get allocated an intern when the workload demands it. "
