Action Items: (HJ) to engage with accountants to discuss the possibility of getting a credit card from a different bank is viable.

Summary:

1. Outstanding Meeting Minutes pending approval from board was discussed
2. An update was provided on the SWiP Project as well as the currently running SWiP Writing Competition
3. Overview was given on current progress on WikiIndaba 2024
4. Various Administrative updates were provided.
5. no decision could be taken around the Partnership with NYDA due to attendance.
