Authorization of WMPH Treasurer to Enter into a Lease Contract with Benchmark Corporate Center

RESOLVED, that Jose Roel G. Balingit, WMPH Treasurer is hereby authorized to enter into a lease contract in behalf of WMPH, to secure its new business address, with Benchmark Corporate Center to avail of its Basic Service Plan 2 – amounting to One Thousand Pesos (PHP 1,000.00) exclusive of taxes, for a period of one (1) year, from the date of its effectivity.
