Resolved

That Livingstone Imonitie, Bolaji Alabi, Runcie C.M Chidebe, Tosin Ogunwa, Engr. Jide Adenekan, Barrister Fatai Erewunmi, Dr. Elekofehinti Olushola is appointed to the Board of Trustees (“Board”), for a term beginning on 31st May 2019, and continuing until 30th May, 2022 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
