The Board members of Wikimedia Macedonia are five members with equal rights. The Board accomplishes the office, in a term, which is appointed in the Statute. The obligations of its members are also appointed in the Statute.

In 17th of September 2013, on the regular Assembly meeting (which is the highest body of WMMK for making changes according to law) WMMK has a new board members:
