The Wikimedia Foundation makes requests of the Wikimedia community with some regularity. This page lists the Wikimedia community's expectations for Wikimedia Foundation behaviors when making such requests.
List of expectations

- In any call for comment, either post notice in 5 places
- report the amount of Wikimedia Foundation funding provided to the Wikimedia community to support community self-organization in the project
- list all Wikimedia Foundation staff involved in the project for which the request is made, and estimate their total hours of labor contribution to it
- name the particular Wikimedia Foundation staff person who takes responsibility for the behavior and compliance of all other staff involved
- report an estimate of the total number of Wikimedia community members who are likely to be involved stakeholders in the request
- report an estimate of the total number of Wikimedia community labor hours that the Wikimedia Foundation expects the request will make.
