Wikimedia Europe/Transparency obligations of the employer

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 48/2023, employers in Italy are required to make the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement or NCBA ("Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro" or "CCNL") available to their employees. Wikimedia Europe (WMEU) applies the NCBA Commercio – Confcommercio to its employees in Italy.
The NCBA and its updated versions are available for consultation in the National Archive of Contracts and Collective Agreements (“Archivio Nazionale dei contratti e degli accordi collettivi di lavoro”), of the National Council of Economy and Labor (Consiglio Nazionale dell’Economia e del Lavoro) at this lnk.
