- Recording meeting minutes, sending out memos.
- Facilitating internal and external communication of the chapter, including public relations activities, as well as community support.
- Maintaining document registry, filing papers and documents.
- Managing day-to-day finances.

- Finding volunteers for education program feedback group and coordinating evaluation of student written articles.
- Public and community promotion of the education program.
