Activity summary of 2017
[edit]- Digitized around 200 books in public domain in Uruguay
- Reach the goal of gather information about 12.000 authors of Uruguay which we are uploading to Wikidata.
- Digitized 80 paintings of the collection of the Parliament of Uruguay
- Finished the two year project in six public and community libraries of Uruguay, in which we teach them the process of digitization of book with a DIY scanner and the importance of Public Domain.
- We extended the project to the countries of Argentina, El Salvador and Ecuador, helping them to install the autores.uy framework so they can identify and digitize the Public Domain of their countries
