In 2014, a group of passionate volunteers in Uganda set out to make knowledge accessible to all. Their dedication led to the formation of Wikimedia Community User Group Uganda (WCUGU), which has since become a cornerstone of the open knowledge movement in the country. Over the past decade, WCUGU has empowered individuals and communities to create, share, and access locally relevant content on Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects. This 10th Anniversary and AGM is a celebration of this remarkable journey – a chance to reflect on the achievements, honor the contributions of countless volunteers, and set the course for WCUGU's continued impact in the years to come.

- Inspire and Empower: Share inspiring stories and experiences to motivate existing members and attract new volunteers to the open knowledge movement.
