(Formation of Education Programmes Committee)
Other language versions of this Resolution might be provided. However, the English version of this Resolution shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English version and other language versions.
WHEREAS the board members found the necessity for forming a committee to conduct education programmes for and on behalf of the Wikimedia Community User Group Hong Kong (“WMHKG”); and
WHEREAS a Board meeting was held in the Telegram group for WMHKG board members in and between 16th April 2021 and 17th April 2021; and
THEREFORE, THE BOARD MEMBERS HEREBY RESOLVED that:
- The permanent committee named "Education Programmes Committee" is hereby formed;
- The Board delegates its powers and authorities whichever the aforementioned Committee considers to be necessary to perform and fulfill its obligations regarding education programmes to the aforementioned Committee.
THE BOARD MEMBERS FURTHER RESOLVED that this board resolution could be amended, replaced, voided by a resolution of the Board, or a written order of at least one board member, or a resolution of the general meeting which is being taken on this matter.
