| Abstract:
The presentation will focus on the experience organizing and realization of the WikiOutdoor Training 2024 (WOT 2024). This is an outdoor event which aims to develop leadership and organisational skills for conducting outdoor projects. The participants of this kind of events will learn how to identify underrepresented topics, discover and navigate to places of interest, produce quality images and multimedia, search reference works and document the underrepresented topics on the Wikimedia projects. The event will take place in the period 7–8 September 2024 in the Prespa Region of Macedonia. |

| How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of CEE?
This event is first of it's kind and has reginal scope, the participants are from the CEE region and the lessons and the skills that they will acquire hopefully will transfer to their domestic communities. One of the main desirable outcomes is that this kind of events will become traditional in the CEE region. | |||
