This presentation will show you how to build better GLAM-Wiki partnerships and succeed with limited resources by using existing knowledge. We'll cover key steps for successful collaboration and how to streamline efforts when working alone. Drawing from my experiences with Wikimedia Polska, I'll share lessons learned to help you avoid mistakes and manage your efforts efficiently.
