| Abstract:
The author will discuss a range of governance items important while establishing, evolving and running a Wikimedia affiliate. We will hold an interactive session where the active participation is most welcome. Together we will go from fundamental to fairly advanced topics, to discuss and exchange lessons learned in areas like roles and responsibilities of particular bodies, bylaws, conflict resolution, conflict of interest and more. Material will contain real cases, including lessons of Wikimedia Polska. |
