- Abstract (up to 100 words)
- Wikimedia affiliations (and to lesser extent also communities) are managing a lot of projects (as in project management (PM), not to be confused with Wikimedia projects!). To facilitate project management are used PM tools. But these are often rather simplistic (not allowing advanced features) or confusing (because of the high complexity).
- During this training you will learn how to use OpenProject (advanced self-hosted open source PM tool) to manage your projects with ease, consistency, semi-automation and quality.
- How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region of Central and Eastern Europe?
- Project management of the communities and affiliations will improve, will be more coherent, and more automated so it will free some time, effort, energy and attention of the activists to do some other Wikimedia work (bigger impact) or to rejuvenate (which is important for sustainability of organizations and communities).

- this training is intended to follow sometime after the introductory lecture Next Level of organisational infrastructure - CiviCRM and OpenProject
