- Celebrating 12 years of Wikidata by editathons and training (+cake)
- Describe which activities you plan to implement
- Event 1: editathon for the Open Access Week targeted primarily at public policy activists in collaboration with Asociația pentru Tehnologie și Internet (apti.ro). Mainly targeted at Wikidata, but open to Wikipedia/Commons contributions.
- Event 2: OpenRefine/Wikidata training seminar at the geo-spatia.org conference in Bucharest (https://pretalx.geo-spatial.org/seminar-bucuresti-2024/me/submissions/LERWMK/)

- The project is relevant for Wikidata and (possibly) Wikipedia/Commons. Each event is targeted at a different group:
- the editathon is targeted at public policy activists from Bucharest (and outside, but we won’t cover travel)
- the seminar is targeted at students from the Faculty of Geography and Tourism at the University of Bucharest
- Do you have any metrics for the proposed grant proposal? If yes, please fill in the number of participants, editors, organisers and content contributions (Wikipedia articles, Wikimedia Commons images, Wikidata items, etc.)
- ~1000-1100 wikidata edits (based on the dataset we plan on importing in Event 2 + manual edits in Event1)
