Bucharest Meeting 2025 — third in-person meeting of the Steering Committee (SC) members and employees of the CEE Hub, which will be held on 4^th and 5^th of April 2025 in Bucharest, Romania.

Participants will discuss key governance, strategy, and operational matters. This meeting will serve as a crucial step in shaping the Hub’s future direction, strengthening internal governance, and refining decision-making processes.

Key topics include refining internal communication, reviewing governance structures, and optimizing the role of rapid grants in funding distribution. The committee will also address incorporation research, stakeholder roles, and long-term strategic planning to ensure accountability and sustainability. Additionally, international cooperation and coordination with other Wikimedia Hubs and the Wikimedia Foundation will be explored. The meeting aims to strengthen decision-making processes, enhance collaboration within the CEE community, and align the Hub’s future direction with its mission and goals.
