- How did you attend Wikimania (virtually or in-person)?
Sudan Wikimedia User Group members attended the conference virtually though Pheedloop & YouTube also in-person in Khartoum-Sudan with Wikimedians from South Darfur who came and we celebrated together. We had in-person meeting and online sessions
- What did you spend the scholarship funds on?
the community did not receive the funds yet, but we used personal budget to cover the sessions logistics (we changed the planned items to be able to cover most things)
- 2-Days (8:00 to 15:00 on 13th and 14th of August) Hall Renting (120,000SG)= 210$
- Food & refreshments 20 persons (180000SG) = 315$
- Travel cost for User Group SD member from South Darfur State (195000SG)= 341$
- video production and montage (70000SG)= 122$
- Banner design and printing (10000SG)= 17$
- transportation for Conference Local organizers (50$*3 organizers)= 150$
- Internet for 2 Days = 100$
