No London bid is planned to be made official for 2010, so the UK team can focus on Oxford.

Party opportunities

Wikimania traditionally hosts two parties, one for attendees (capacity of 250-350) and one for sponsors and VIPs (capacity 40-60).

The O2 (formerly the Millenium Dome). A first-class entertainment venue on the Greenwich peninsular. Served exclusively by North Greenwich tube, a riverboat service and buses.
