- Decide how to divvy up rooms; what reservation options (if any) will be available to registrants.

Hotel
[edit]Better estimate of number of hotel rooms needed. How many participants will want to stay in hotels? How many speakers will need hotel rooms? How many might want to stay in the hostel, instead?
List of hotels in the area. Little dot-map for them...
